The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with our Engineering and Product Management organizations. This role is instrumental in scaling organizational performance, driving high engagement, and fostering a strong culture across multiple geographies. The HRBP will own key people processes, including employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and cultural initiatives.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with one or multiple scaling companies in Europe, setting up hiring processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics for each process. You will communicate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, analyze the best candidate sources, advertise effectively, and run sourcing activities. You will be responsible for the longevity of projects and delivering solutions for our clients.

As a key member of a small People team, the People & Talent Lead will play a key role in managing the recruiting function, and act as the employee-facing people operations point of contact for the business. This role will provide day-to-day administrative support on behalf of the People Ops team to all employees and contractors, as well as managing a conservative hiring plan. The Talent Acquisition efforts will be supported with ad-hoc TA screening support for the business.

Seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Recruiter to join our small but mighty recruiting team. You will own full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of niche and technical positions. Partner closely with leadership to define ideal candidate profiles, develop data-driven sourcing strategies, and build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines. Responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment and managing all elements of the hiring process.

Responsible for leading strategy, design, and development of our global compensation and benefit programs; ensuring we continue to attract, motivate and retain top talent through competitive compensation and benefit programs. This highly visible role will be a key member of the People Leadership team and the broader organization. You will design scalable processes and workflows that drive Lime’s current and future global reward strategies and programs.

As a Recruiter Coordinator at Solace, you’ll be the linchpin that keeps our high-volume recruiting engine running smoothly, managing scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics for interviews, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and interviewers alike, and working closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate complex schedules, manage applicant tracking systems, and streamline workflows.
