As a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, you will manage a portfolio of searches that fit your skillset. You will engage, develop, and close candidates through the full life-cycle of our rigorous process. To bring in talent at our quality bar, all Voleon Recruiters invest significant attention to outbound sourcing. This role is a means to make a difference: your efforts will help shape the future of our growing organization.

Play a pivotal role in shaping our dynamic team as a Corporate Recruiter at SGS, collaborating with stakeholders in the Business Assurance team to identify exceptional candidates for corporate and strategic positions within our global operations. This role will be more than just filling vacancies, instead you’ll be a strategic partner to the business, converting challenging requirements into tangible results by building a robust talent pipeline that aligns with our diverse business needs.

As a dedicated GTM Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with the leadership team and broader GTM org and will be responsible for attracting and acquiring top talent for our fastest growing vertical (Provider Partnerships Managers). This is a high volume, full-cycle recruiting role with total ownership across sourcing, screening, and candidate/pipeline management.
