As a Senior Strategic Account Executive, you'll secure and expand commercetools' largest enterprise clients in retail and CPG. This role involves leading C-suite engagements and closing multi-million dollar platform deals. Responsibilities include owning a portfolio of strategic accounts, leading complex sales cycles, developing tailored account plans, influencing digital strategy, and meeting sales quotas.

Support GitLab’s strategic large prospects and customers, providing account leadership in pre- and post-sales. Conduct sales activities, prospect, and develop opportunities in large/strategic accounts. Collaborate with Marketing on strategies and contribute product ideas, being the voice of the customer. Expand industry knowledge and competitive posture, preparing reports and assisting in customer need conveyance to product managers.
