The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for the client, focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. They serve as subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leader.

Lead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of the company's job architecture framework to support consistent role classification. Conduct detailed job evaluations and analysis to ensure the job architecture is aligned with compensation and benefits programs and internal equity. Design, implement, and manage salary structures and pay ranges based on market data. Design and manage the overall benefits strategy, including vendor management, to support engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.

Supporting the recruitment team and hiring managers in the full recruitment cycle across global business units. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking system. Coordinating, scheduling and managing interview logistics across multiple time zones and locations. Developing and posting job descriptions in collaboration with the hiring manager and team. Pre-screening resumes and ensuring all necessary HR forms and documents are tracked and filed accordingly. Working on other ad-hoc projects as required.
