You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across the company. Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for GTM (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing), and G&A roles — from intake meeting to close. Build role scorecards, align on sourcing profiles, and deliver qualified candidates. Guide hands-on sourcing and prospecting efforts across platforms. Craft tailored outreach messages, build talent maps, talent insights and own top-of-funnel activity for hard-to-fill GTM business-critical roles.
