Serve as the operational backbone of our event portfolio, leading logistics and managing platforms. Build, customize, and manage event websites and registration platforms. Maintain accuracy across Excel trackers and CRMs, ensuring every attendee is accounted for.

As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient billing and processing of claims and invoices with our health plan partners, physician partners, and members. You will also ensure contracting and credentialing is complete and accurate for all health plan partners. This role manages cross-functional coordination, knowledge transfer, risk mitigation, and post–go-live operational support. The primary goal is to ensure operational excellence, complete and accurate handoff to ongoing teams, and exceptional client support during the final phase of the implementation lifecycle.
