As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient billing and processing of claims and invoices with our health plan partners, physician partners, and members. You will also ensure contracting and credentialing is complete and accurate for all health plan partners. You will work closely with our clinical and operations teams to manage billing and invoicing procedures and maintain accurate financial records.

  • The DeFi Ecosystem Growth Specialist will:
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with top-tier DeFi protocols and wallets.
  • Identify and generate new stETH and stVaults integration and collaboration opportunities through various channels.
  • Lead collaborations and integrations, coordinating independently with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

  • This role manages full-cycle recruiting for open positions, designs the foundation of the talent acquisition function (e.g., processes, systems, metrics, employer branding), and partners with the People & Culture team.
  • Own the requisition load
  • Design, document, and implement standardized, scalable, and equitable recruiting processes, tools, and best practices
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company's brand

Responsible for ensuring a seamless, high-quality transition from implementation to ongoing administration for new client installations on the bswift platform. This role manages cross-functional coordination, knowledge transfer, risk mitigation, and post–go-live operational support. The primary goal is to ensure operational excellence, complete and accurate handoff to ongoing teams, and exceptional client support during the final phase of the implementation lifecycle.
