  • Lead onboarding processes for North America and EMEA, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage employee inquiries in ServiceNow, resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 cases and escalating complex issues to subject matter experts.
  • Execute core HR operations, including maintaining accurate employee records, producing reporting, supporting audits, and contributing to HR knowledge content.
