The Talent Coordinator collaborates with recruiters, hiring managers and Human Resources (HR) team members to ensure accuracy, compliance and efficiency in the hiring process while delivering a positive and seamless experience for candidates and new hires. This position manages pre-hire and onboarding tasks.

As a Remote Benefits Specialist, you will meet pre-qualified clients to help them understand their supplemental benefits and ensure they have the coverage they need. This is a fully remote position ideal for motivated professionals who excel at customer service, time management, and relationship building. You will meet virtually with clients via Zoom to review their benefits options and educate them on coverage.

The Credentialing Specialist will complete provider credentialing and recredentialing applications, assist with provider enrollment with payers, and maintain accurate data for all providers. They will also develop the internal credentialing program, processes, and procedures in collaboration with leadership.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the administration of operational processes that deliver HR programs and projects across all divisions of Renuity. Serving as a key point of contact for employees, providing assistance with a variety of HR-related inquiries and ensuring requests are handled efficiently and effectively. The HR Coordinator works closely with other HR functions.

Support New Hire Training through leading learning session utilizing a variety of modalities. Quality audit and knowledge check program weekly to  all team members to identify knowledge gaps and development needs. Actively seek on-going skill development opportunities and demonstrate Quince Values, prioritizing the Customer First mentality.

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will have responsibility for supporting professionals we engage on behalf of our clients throughout Colombia and assisting in the management of the back-end HR, accounting, and legal service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities. You will play a very active role in delivering best in class HR support to our Customers and Professionals service and drive GP’s goals and objectives.
