• Provide operational support for health, welfare, retirement, leave, and statutory benefits programs across the Americas region.
• Manage employee benefits inquiries and escalations through the SNOW ticketing system, ensuring timely triage, resolution, and clear communication.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for brokers, carriers, TPAs, PBMs, COBRA administrators, and leave vendors; actively manage escalations and hold vendors accountable to SLAs.

• Support and execute training and onboarding plans for the Care Experience team.
• Ensure timely and consistent onboarding of new hires to be effective and efficient.
• Identify and solve for continuing education needs of the Care Experience team and build supporting training.
