The Account Executive will report to our GM of NAM & EMEA and be responsible for closing high-value clients and growing the EMEA  market. The most qualified candidates will also be fluent in Spanish and have some experience in B2B sales across Latin America as well. This role will acquire new clients through outbound strategies and cross-sell & upsell existing clients. Manage sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, discovery, objection handling, negotiating, and closing.

Own the full sales cycle for sponsorships and partnerships across Staking Summit, Yield Innovation Summit, BTC Yield Summit, and Hyperliquid Forum. Identify and prioritize target accounts and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline, also manage key sponsor relationships, drive renewals and upsells, and structure multi-event / multi-year deals.

Lead the Malaysia-based sales team, owning the region, building high-performing talent, and driving revenue growth for a global SaaS brand that’s redefining digital commerce across industries. Mentor, motivate, and empower individuals to exceed their goals. Prospect, pitch, and close deals while guiding the team to replicate success. As Director of Sales, you’ll lead the expansion of our next-generation e-commerce platform — driving seller acquisition, marketplace revenue, and engagement across a global aviation ecosystem. You'll lead the seller acquisition and activation strategy, achieving GMV, subscription, and retention targets. You'll deliver consultative sales presentations and ROI-based business cases aligned to each seller’s revenue goals.
