This job is interdisciplinary - a mix of strategy, operations, and sales to identify where customers encounter friction in the upsell process, upsell current customers on our products, and improve the customer experience to drive greater revenues per customer. You will become an expert on upselling Justworks’ smaller businesses from Basic to Plus by working with Sales, Customer Success, Underwriting, and Product teams.

Contribute to the design, assessment, and implementation of security solutions for clients across commercial, industrial, government, and residential sectors, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative, practical, and client-focused security designs that translates complex security requirements into clear, actionable solutions.

Support the assigned Compliance Project Manager or Compliance Manager/Director by doing data entry, gathering and updating tracking systems, and preparing documents and reports. Other tasks include HUD EIV reporting and tracking (if applicable), submission of agency's online reporting, and utility analysis. Overnight and air travel may be required, with proper notice (if applicable).
