We're seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager with deep expertise in the Canadian public sector and defense landscape to lead our most strategic government accounts. This role requires an individual who understands both the transformative potential of AI and the unique requirements of government and defense organizations. You will be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for Canadian federal departments, provincial agencies, Crown corporations, defense organizations, and healthcare systems as they navigate the complex journey of AI adoption.

This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow strategic accounts within the energy and infrastructure sector, contributing directly to revenue and market expansion. The Key Account Manager will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and act as the primary point of contact for customers. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and operational execution, ensuring targets are met while providing excellent customer service.

$125,000–$175,000/yr

Responsible for the success and strategic direction of Client Management, including leading a team and driving revenue expansion. The Director sets the cadence for growth, deepens relationships, identifies opportunities, and translates client needs into outcomes. The role establishes the framework for issue tracking, client health monitoring, and reporting, ensuring visibility into portfolio performance.

As a member of the field sales team, you will develop and grow district partnerships in a geographic territory. You will devise, lead and execute on the territory strategy for your region with a team of cross-functional partners to meet and exceed your sales target. Manage both inbound and outbound sales processes from lead to close. Demonstrate effective needs analysis paired with technical demonstration.
