Our Mid Market Customer Success Managers (MM CSMs) work with customers post-sale to ensure they get continued value from their investment in Articulate 360. The MM CSM will build & expand relationships with customers in our medium-sized business segment and will be responsible for onboarding, driving product adoption and satisfaction, renewals, and partnering with sales counterparts to expand our footprint within these accounts.

Looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Account Management to lead the team responsible for driving customer retention and expansion across our growing base of mid-market and enterprise accounts. This is a foundational leadership role within the Customer Success organization, focused on building the bridge between customer outcomes and revenue growth. You’ll lead and scale a team of Account Managers who own renewals, retention, and expansion.

The Renewals Account Manager will be the commercial engine behind our high-volume renewal base, primarily across our SMB and Commercial segments. You’ll own a large book of business, partner closely with AEs and CSMs, and ensure timely, predictable renewals while uncovering expansion opportunities. This is a role for someone who brings structure, clarity, and rigor to a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Manage and grow strategic accounts using Nomi’s payments and financial-services products. Align our payments capabilities with client goals to improve financial workflows, payment accuracy, and operational efficiency. Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the financial-services portfolio. Lead executive-level conversations, business reviews, and roadmap alignment. Partner with product, engineering, implementation, and operations teams to deliver seamless payment solutions.

This job is interdisciplinary - a mix of strategy, operations, and sales to identify where customers encounter friction in the upsell process, upsell current customers on our products, and improve the customer experience to drive greater revenues per customer. You will become an expert on upselling Justworks’ smaller businesses from Basic to Plus by working with Sales, Customer Success, Underwriting, and Product teams.
