You will support the evolution of performance management, manager capabilities and leadership enablement frameworks, equipping leaders with practical tools and skills.

Provide expertise and oversight of projects across our workforce development, disaster recovery workforce efforts, economic transformation, and/or sector-based solutions portfolio. Network and communicate with a variety of senior stakeholders around workforce development. Provide writing and presentation support across an array of deliverables.
