  • Administer and manage Workday, including configurations, position and organization management, troubleshooting issues, security access, integrations, compliance.
  • Maintain and configure Workday modules (HCM, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Compensation, Peakon, Payroll, etc.) to support business initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders such as IT, InfoSec, Finance, and Legal, as well as external vendors for cross-functional projects.

  • Own day-to-day recruiting systems operations, owning scheduling with GoodTime, ensuring everything runs smoothly for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Act as a first line of support for troubleshooting issues in GoodTime, Greenhouse, and integrations — digging into bugs, triaging problems, and partnering with vendors or IT when needed.
  • Partner with the Recruiting Operations Manager and broader People team to evaluate, roll out, and document new tools, features, and process changes.
