As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of flexible talent acquisition within specialized practice areas, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality professionals to meet client demands. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on recruitment, providing the opportunity to engage with both senior stakeholders and candidates directly.

As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in building the future of Voyage Privé’s tech, product, and data teams. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top-tier digital talent, driving an exceptional candidate experience, and directly contributing to our ability to attract and retain “A players.” You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and HR stakeholders to deliver measurable hiring impact and help us scale efficiently during a major phase of technical transformation.

This role is responsible for managing payroll across the group, including associated entities and upcoming acquisitions, which plays a pivotal part in harmonising payroll operations to ensure consistency, compliance, and accuracy. As the payroll migration lead, the individual will oversee all phases of system transition - from planning through go-live and post-implementation review - including ownership of the discovery phase, execution of parallel runs, and assurance of seamless end-to-end process alignment. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Respond to internal and external requests relating to timesheets, billing, reports, contractor information and administration within 24 hours. Onboard new WilsonCTS, MSP and CWM contractors, ensuring they understand their pay options and have all necessary documentation. Serve as a liaison between the finance team and internal/external employees for all payroll-related communications.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with one or multiple scaling companies in Europe, setting up hiring processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics for each process. You will communicate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, analyze the best candidate sources, advertise effectively, and run sourcing activities. You will be responsible for the longevity of projects and delivering solutions for our clients.

Your tasks include developing concepts, solutions and roadmaps for HR digitization based on ServiceNow HRSD / Employee Experience, moderation of workshops for process definition, optimization, re-design and gap analysis.
