Lead and scale global HR Operations to support company growth across multiple countries. Build and manage a multi-country HR Ops team, coaching 5 team members to high performance. Design and optimize global HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle.

• Align business objectives with employees and management within designated business units.
• Provide value-added services that support business goals through partnership across HR functions.
• Have a deep understanding of the business unit's financial status, culture, long-term plans, and competitive landscape.

• Conduct virtual intake calls with candidates, assess fit and capture key information.
• Explain open opportunities, screen for qualifications, interest, and availability.
• Represent the organization professionally and improve conversion and engagement rates.

• Performing full life cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Building relationships with candidates and collaborating with hiring managers.
• Utilizing sourcing tools and techniques to identify qualified candidates.

• Facilitate the candidate's experience from recruiting through onboarding.
• Manage paperwork and compliance through new hire orientation.
• Contribute to the successful integration of new hires into the company.
